Sales and Business Developer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Sales and Business Development. Are you independent, flexible, proactive, accurate and do you have good communication skills? Then we are looking for you!

Role and responsibilities:

  • Utilize extensive knowledge of healthcare products, particularly patient simulators and medical task trainers, to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Implement sales strategies to penetrate international markets, with focus on the Brazilian market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics, especially in the Brazilian healthcare sector.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision-making.


  • Bachelor’s degree in international trade or a related field.
  • Proven understanding of international trade, logistics, taxes, and incoterms.
  • Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in international trading with a focus on healthcare products.

Preferred skills:

  • Effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in both English and Portuguese.
  • Experience conducting negotiations, presentations, and correspondence with stakeholders in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.
  • Previous experience of the Brazilian market approach.
