We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Sales and Business Development. Are you independent, flexible, proactive, accurate and do you have good communication skills? Then we are looking for you!
Role and responsibilities:
- Utilize extensive knowledge of healthcare products, particularly patient simulators and medical task trainers, to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Implement sales strategies to penetrate international markets, with focus on the Brazilian market.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics, especially in the Brazilian healthcare sector.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in international trade or a related field.
- Proven understanding of international trade, logistics, taxes, and incoterms.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in international trading with a focus on healthcare products.
Preferred skills:
- Effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in both English and Portuguese.
- Experience conducting negotiations, presentations, and correspondence with stakeholders in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.
- Previous experience of the Brazilian market approach.
